Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks, like the run-down rooms that didn't feel safe and the room facing a flat roof, but it also had some positives. The staff, especially Hayley, Mae, Chrissy, and the breakfast team, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The location was good for a peaceful stay away from the noise, with lovely grounds, but some noise disturbances affected the experience. The dining experience was generous and catered to our needs, although the buffet style breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of good and not-so-good aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were good and in a nice quiet location, but unfortunately, the broken TV and unstable beds made it hard to get a good night's rest. The service was great in terms of variety and quality, with lovely buffets, but a mid-meal fire drill and a disappointing encounter with the restaurant chef left a bit of a sour taste. The location was peaceful with lovely surroundings, although there were some issues with waiting times due to high demand. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some good meals but also disappointing moments like running out of food before breakfast ended. Despite these issues, the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere were definitely highlights of the stay.
